well i drop the 3g and then a white screen came up.I tried restore many times, i even tried DFU mode.. at the ending of all of than iTunes tells me these two things error 2009, error 1604... oh the Iphone is also jailbroken. help me?????

bob since you already changed the LCD and double checked your connections, take a look at the pictures i have attached. It may be possible that you knocked one of the components loose. Hope you are okay with soldering. At this time I am not sure if there is anything else I could suggest. Of course you can also try this, it worked on a couple of iPod touch's but may be working for your phone as well. Hold the home button then while still holding down the home button hold volume up button then while still holding those buttons go head and hold the power off button and hold that until you see the apple sign. good Luck and hope this helps.

The white screen, also known as white screen of death, can be caused by a couple of things after a fall. If you're lucky all that happened was that the LCD connector came disconnected and you just need to lift the screen up and securely connect it again. If you're not so lucky it means that your LCD is now not working.
ifixit has a step by step for replacing the LCD. Try following steps 1-4 except when you get to step 4 try pushing that connector back where it belongs instead of unattaching it. Front Panel Assembly Instructions

the connector was connected an i tryed a next lcd on the phone and i am still get the white screen...
