The picture on my LG 32LV3550 TV is distorted

The picture of my LG TV became distorted. If it's off power for some days than it works for some minutes again normally. After some 2-3 minutes it becomes like this

I checked the boards but there are no visible damages.

Could someone give me a hint, what can be the problem.
