For the 17in model A1139 high resolution display PowerBook G4 use this guide: PowerBook G4 Aluminum 17" 1.67 GHz (High-Res) Hard Drive Replacement
For the 17in PowerBook G4 models A1013, A1052, A1085, or A1107 use this guide: PowerBook G4 Aluminum 17" 1-1.67 GHz Hard Drive Replacement
Look at the underside of your powerbook there should be a small label printed onto the aluminum which will tell you what model number you have. I hope this helps, good luck!!
