It Drives Just Fine Until It Gets Warmed Up Then Starts Jerking When It's Accelerating Or The Gas Is Being Pushed. I have changed the fuel filter, but need to also do an oil change asap.

Because you said it only happens when its warm, I would suspect a lean miss.
Run a can of BG44 cleaner through the tank (only available via mechanics) and see if that helps. There are other fuel system cleaners out there, not sure about the reputation on any of them other than mechanics seem to trust BG products.
If you have a scan tool, it should be able to tell you which cylinder is missing.
There is a possibility its a bad ignition coil. It gets hot and starts flaking out. Again, scan tool should tell you. Its odd that it doesn’t set the check engine light….
