My Jam Classic speaker won't work.

My Jam Classic speaker was working perfectly fine until one day I tried using Siri. Ever since then my speaker has been having issues. I would turn it on and it would keep repeating "powering on" over and over again. Then one day when it finally said ready to pair, my phone wouldn't connect. Please help! its a new speaker that I just recently got for Christmas. Thanks:)
