Why does my iphone show 10 percent more when i restart it?
i think it just doesn't show the correct battery percantage because wehn my phone is at
10% i get more than 10 like 20

This could be caused by a weak or weakening battery. You should download coconutBattery (Mac) or 3uTools (Windows) to test the health of your battery. If it shows less than ~70% Design Capacity or Health, that's a sign of a weak battery.
Replacing the battery is easy, just follow this guide.

This can also be due to extreme temperature, either on the hot or cold end. The temperature can cause variability within the battery controller. Restarting the device will allow the battery controller to get a new readout.

Sounds like the iPhone is not reading the battery percentage correctly.
I recommend first trying to restore the iPhone, make an iTunes backup of your phone first before doing so.
See if that helps.
Then if it doesn't help try replacing the battery as specified from the other answer.

The battery percentage is only an estimate. Your phone doesn’t know the exact percentage of the battery, so when it restarts, it re-“guesses” the percentage, which may be different than the “guess” before it restarted. This may not be the case, or it could be a combination of this and a bad battery.

Thank you so much I didn’t even know the app existed i have a windows and i tried to downlond the coconut thing but it said only mac and now i tried other one very helpful
