iPhone 6s doesnt react to pressing home button

Hi. I recently changed my phone from 5s to 6s. Heres the problem. Sometimes, when I receive a call, neither screen turns on itself, nor I can do that manually, by pressing Home Button. Vol buttons doesnt work aswell. When I press the power button, it just hangs an incoming call. Also, when idle, this proble still exists, I have to press the home button dozen times to wake the phone. I had that problem on 5s, so I changed the phone in hope to fix, but nothing, it still occurs. Ive had 6s for 4 days, completely new, ios 11.2. Note, that problem appeared when i updated to ios 10 and changed a sim card. Could simcard be a blame? Please, any help would be highly appreciated, im just desperate, because I threw too much money in iPhones. Sorry for a long topic. Thank everyone in advance.
