Charger not getting connect without switch off the phone.

My phone is not getting connect the USB without switch off the phone.

One it get connected then I can switch on the phone it will be connected andar getting charge also. Only issue is that it need to switch off or restart for connecting the USB or Charger. Plz help me out.
