Icons of the bottom Dock have disappear after this ISO Sierra update

Hi everyone,

I did the last ISO sierra update yesterday and found out that some icons in the bottom Dock have turned to a generic square looking icon. The icons that I am missing are Apple Store, Messages, Photos, Mail and Notes. At first I was also missing Finder, Siri, Launchpad and System preferences but they reappeared after I re-started the laptop.

Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
