1 Our phone handsets do not ring, they go straight to voicemail.
Our phone does not ring it goes straight to voice mail. I have tried to go through my phone menu and also voicemail menu to change and can not do it!!!

Do you get dial tone when you pick up the phone and can you make an outgoing call OK from the phone?
Do you get the voicemail "line busy" message or the voicemail "cannot answer the call" message when you call your number from another phone?
