Fixing the LED's on the Asus ROG G20

I recently upgraded the GPU, and after putting my pc back together i noticed the right side of the LED's is no longer working. I've since then taken it back apart to see if the connector was not fully connected, but it did not solve the problem. so will i have to replace the fiber optic connector all together?

When I had this PC, the LED’s naturally stopped working and after doing a CMOS reset, it seemed to fix it. Try a BIOS reset and see what happens.
