1 Samsung CLX-3185FW, Horizental black lines problem
my samsung clx-3185FW printer have horizental black lines problem and when i check the drum i see a horizental transparent blue line "the drum color is blue" on it is that a sign of defected drum or what is the other possible reason of that problem

Yes, try changing the drum. That most of the time solves this problem.
