Restarts continously, cant able to turn the phone on. battery at 0%

I recently changed my lcd screen of my sony xperia zr. After that i get software issues like phone turn off without any clue. i take it out from my pocket its turned to off already and i dont know when that happened. After a few days a total software failure, phone gets restarted continously with battery draining from 100-0% instantly. And now i m getting continous restart and the phone cannot be charged.
