1 About video card problem of early 2010 iMac i7
I have problems with my iMac i7 early 2010 video card. After everything was checked , I think that the problem is overheated 6 pin chip marked 638Y.
I couldn't find any information about it. Because of that I considered replacing the mainboard. Any information about that chip will be appreciated.
