phone wont close shut

i replaced the charging port pcb, and now i cant close shut the phone. the clasp that wont close is in the speaker area. i've tried switching to the old charging port, still wont close. the speaker did click in place, it seems like it has gotten thicker somehow.

is this a common thing? please help...

edit: managed to fix it, see in the comments. hope it helps some one.
