iPhone SE no touch after water damage (no meson, no cumulus)

My name is Tomáš and recently i get iPhone SE water damage for repair. After water damage i remove motherboard from phone and clean with ultrasonic cleaner. Phone is booting but touch does not work. I measure supply voltages for Meson and Cumulus, there are all OK. I check connector for short and fuses also. All is okej. I replaced Meson and Cumuls from working iPhone 5s. Now touch is working only with china $@$* LCD, with original one does not work. I again replaced touch ICs, this time i use new one from my supplier and same problem. Touch work only with china $@$* LCD, with original one not.

My primary question is, can i use iPhone 5s touch ICs to iPhone SE?

And secondary question, where can be problem when touch work only with china $@$* LCD? Connector resistance is OK.

The IC's are the same between the iPhone 5S and the iPhone SE. However, the IC's are Cumulus & Sage, not Cumulus & Meson. You have to insure that the IC's you used from your supplier are the correct ones (Sage). It is possible your original screen is defective. Do you have another "original/OEM/Premium" screen to try?

Thanks for answer. I also try touch ICs from working iPhone 5s, but same result. I tried more original screens of course. Do you have any idea where can be problem?

I do also cracked screen repair. And one question occurred to me. When i repair cracked screens, i can not use china LCD from iPhone 5s for iPhone SE. But original screen from 5s can be used for SE. Why?

I don't know the exact reason, but aftermarket 5S screens don't work (well) on the iPhone SE. The backlight circuits on the respective logic boards are slightly different but I don't know if this is the real cause. I've never really investigated it...
