Ipad Mini Home Button Not Responding And Touch Screen Not Working

Hey guys, hope you will be able to help.

My Ipad Mini (Model A1432) is causing me problems.

Firstly - The home button is not working, when I press it nothing happens, Ipad Mini is not responding to home button.

Secondly - The touch screen is not working properly, doesnt seem to respond to my touches. I can manage to unlock Ipad by swiping it to the right from bottom of ipad after many attempts but that's about it.

As soon as I unlock the Ipad Mini I am not able to control it in anyway as apps are already open such as camera app and when I try pressing anything on the ipad screen it does not respond to my gestures. Also when I press home button its not responding as apps stay open.

The LCD is fine as I can see everything on Ipad Mini. The front screen is also fine, however there is a crack on the top right of the screen which is the black part of the Ipad hence is not on the main screen.

The Power/Standby buttons are working fine without any issues. Also volume up and down buttons work fine. Ipad Mini is also charging fine.

So basically main issue is home buttons not working and neither is the Mini Ipad detecting anything im touching on screen.

What what I need to do to fix the issue?

Would I require a front screen or would I require a digitizer with a home button or would I require the full LCD?

Any help on this will be much appreciated. Ive tried putting as much detail as possible. If you require any more information please let me know.
