Not accepting new film

I wanted to replace the Film on my camera and after I inserted the new instant film, the camera display still showed that it is not possible to take a picture because the film is empty even though I just replaced it.

I then took out the film thinking that the instant film was the problem, inserted a new film and the same problem occurred

I don't know what to do because I can't take any pictures even though the instant film is newly replaced
