iPhone dead due to over storage

Hi guys. Photos on my iPhone 6 Plus has been disappearing and reappearing and the phone keeps switching off and back on by itself. I found out online that the cause is that my phone is out of storage. Which is true because I had too many photos. So I deleted many. But then I took some more and my photos started disappearing and reappearing again. I deleted a few more pics and a few apps so I had about 400mb of storage left. I also turned off auto update so it won't take up more storage again because I had that experience of storage going up on it's own before. But then it got worse. The phone turned off by itself. Usually when it does that I can switch it back on, but this time it only gets up to the apple logo but it never turn on until the home screen is loaded. I was going to delete more apps but I'm not able to anymore.When I connect my device to the pc, it is not displayed. Thus I cannot even System Restrore from iTunes. What can I do in order to turn it back on without losing any data? Recovering the data is my top priority. Please help!

Sometimes, "full" iphones can develop data corruption on the NAND. If that is the case, then you will be out of luck. The only way to recover the phone (but not the data) is to remove the NAND, reprogram it and re-solder it back on the logic board.

You could try to download an app like 3uTools or ReiBoot to see if you can get the phone in and out of recovery mode. Don't do a Restore as you want to protect the data but that may be enough to allow the phone to boot at some point. If you get even one chance to synchronize on iTunes, take and backup your data.

Sorry, I have no idea what it would cost in India. Try to search for micro-solderers in your city to see what they charge.

Hi riddhi jain , well, for pictures, I would suggest if possible, connect it to the pc and and access thru my computers to copy them out ASAP.

once done and ensure your had copied, erase those photos inside and try to use itunes again to backup your configurations.

try to reset to factory defaults.

and if the problem still persists, in rare cases, there could be more issues, like failing NAND, battery, etc.
