IPhone 6s turned off detects Charging while on power does not charge does not detect.
I replaced 2 times the u4500 chip with new and jumpered q4500s.
After replacing now off, it absorbs 1-1.10 amps better than before it absorbs 30-50 amps ..
but it does not want to know how to load.
what could I check?

Replace Tigris chip. Check all lines in and out of that chip.
Put back Q4500.
Report back after doing the above.

@manfrysurf did you try what @Rany suggested? If so, you need to get back to him with an update by commenting on his answer.
Is the charging problem the original problem or was there something else like physical or water damage to the device?

Finally I came to a conclusion.
By connecting the usb cable to the connector I do not have the 5 volt ..
The problem lies in the fpc connector of the dock connector, the 3 points in the picture do not give me any value by measuring them with a multimeter.Now I wonder ... what do I need to replace dock fpc or tigris?
The iphone never dropped into the water. it just fell to the ground
