My touchpad and USB mouse aren't working.
When I open my laptop my mouse works, but when I'm logged in it stops working. I already tried fn+f7 but that doesn't work.

Sounds like a driver issue, try booting into safe mode. How to get into safe mode depends on which operating system you are using, let us know and we can get the information for you.

@lightnwire i bootet it into Safe Mode but when my home screen starts loading it's gone

If you wish, you could do a refresh of your installation of Windows, via Settings, Recovery, Reset this PC, Keep everything
