My phone shows a black screen? Please Help.

Last night i was using my phone and everything was working. And because i always get messages like your phone storage is full i thought i'd do a reset so i did and i completed the start until the app restore. It was only 47 apps which should go pretty fast because my internet is really good. Anyways so i was waiting for about 3 hours and nothing happened so i did a reboot and once it was on it was just a black screen. And before you say its the back light it cant be because it shows the battery power and the internet icon and both sim cards show in the top bar of the screen. If i hold the power button it shows the options Reboot and Power Off and i've rebooted about 4 times but still doesnt work. I've tried "Home Button+Power Off+Volume Up" but that just switched the phone on as if it were off and i just switched it on. Please help i need that phone really badly even though it is $@$* and overheats all the time. And btw. you cant take the battery out.
