Why isn't the sound working?
A couple days ago, the sound was perfectly fine, but when I woke up the next day, nothing audio wise was working. I even tried to plug headphones in, but that didn't work either. Also, on the phone itself, videos are lagging so badly, that I can't even watch them. The phone can't even record sound, which makes me worry about calls, because most likely, those won't have sound either. I only bought this phone to take calls, and use apps, which is hard, when not even vibrate is working on it.

I have the same issue as well. I bought the phone last night and when I go to make calls I can not hear anyone but they can here me. When the phone rings when you call someone you are not able to hear that but when they call me I can here the call come in
