Ps4 red light loud then turn off

I followed the ps4 ((on then off fix)) 2 washers on each side. It worked but now if I load any games my ps4 gets super loud and turns off with a red light then beep, sometimes they play very rare and not long, is there a way to repair fan also,

. Is there another step to Do? I also air sprayed the crap out of the ps4 inside top and bottom where fan is to clean it. But from a good distance. Thanks if anyone can help
