My phone doesn't charge although it says charging it keeps draining
Please I'd like to know why my BLU vivo 5r started giving me battery issues. It started charging very slow and now it takes an hour before it moves 1 percent and when I'm charging and using it it keeps reducing. Please I need urgent help

sounds like a bad battery, but first : did you tried an other charger?
it could be a short circuit on one of the components.
I had the same with an iphone: i opend it , measured some parts out, disconnected all the parts and re attached them one by one to find the faulty part.
this is what you can do : open the phone ( if possible) and measure out the dc connector and the battery.
than disconnect the components ( if possible ) charge the phone , reconnect them and find out what the faulty part is ( most of the time the charging unit/chip/component...
but again i'm not sure if that is possible with this kind of phone.

Most likely it is a battery problem. Change the battery. They are so cheap now!
