I have a HP Pavillion 15-p020nd and some keys are not working. These are the keys that are not working :
. I think this is a hardware problem. I have pend the device to check the flatcabels but they looked fine to me. Does anybody know what the problem is are do i need to replace the keyboard?

@peha72 try an external USB keyboard and see if that works. If so, you most likely will have to replace yours. this link should work for your laptop.

Hi Oldturkey03 thanks for you reply. I have tried an usb keyboard first and that worked fine. So you think I have to replace the whole keyboard?
Usually this is associated with a liquid spill.
@peha72 yes it does look like it. I would definitely replace it.
