Why is my Acer Aspire one went really slow that you couldn't imagine?

It's really hard to explain because you cannot imagine how slow it is if you didn't take a look at the first time

I think it's not the OS having the problem because it is already slow since the startup but I have tried reformatting it, tried opening to look at the hardware components, still no luck. I don't know what to do.

May I ask, when did this start happening? If so, do you recall any changes that you made to the device before this problem occurred? Since it looks like your laptop is transitioning properly from splash screen to the next, it appears that your internal hardware is ok. I would definitely check something with the screen itself. If for some bizarre reason, you somehow set your screen's refresh rate to something really low, like 10hz or so, this can have that same effect. Try that.
