Strange problem of the remote control

Hi everyone,

When I point with the remote control to the TV, the red led light blink without stopping and the TV don't turn on (see video for details).

I changed the batteries and the problem persist. I changed the remote control for a new one and the problem persist.

Strangely, when I use the remote control of the TV box, the TV turn on, so I assume is not a problem of the receiver. If I press any botton, a message on the screen says "unavailable". I disconnected all cables for a while and nothing changed.
