Does diagnostic software or an app exist for the Note 4?

Even after charging to 100%, my Note 4 will drop in seconds to 54% and then reboot over and over perpetually. Plugging it in will show that the battery is at 0%. A new Samsung battery doesn't help. Factory reset doesn't help. Maybe over the years, a short has been made.

Would anyone be aware of either a downloadable piece of software for a computer (to use while connected to the phone) or an app or on the phone itself to find problems for a Note 4?

Thank you. I will have to reactivate the phone to do this, as I have switched phones until I can make the Note 4 reliable. Again, thank you, though.
