Screen is perfect but is not responding

I got an NABI2-NV7A the screen is perfect but is not responding I did call the manufacturer and according to then is not a way to recalibrate the screen, so after checking google and youtube I did find some videos in how to replace the screen.

I did find this product on ebay and I did contact the vendor asking if was going to fix my problem but so far he did not respond.
