You can buy one at ifixit. http://www.ifixit.com/search/model?query...
Just tell the good folks at iFixit which PowerBook you have to know if you need a standard AirPort Card or a Airport Extreme Card.

Hi! Which model number and processor speed PowerBook G4 do you have? The model number should be in the middle-top of the underside of the machine. Different PowerBook G4s take different Airports cards, therefore it is necessary to know the model number. Thanks!
