Replaced Headphone Jack Flex Cable/vibrator and still having issues

So I replaced the flex cable that connects lightning, and headphone jack. Everything has been secured properly. Still having problems with the headphone jack, and to make matters worse I replaced the vibrator too and the new vibrator feels weak too. Do I have a bad flex cable? Vibrator was still weak with the old flex cable.

It's certainly possible. Small parts are well known for having quality issues. Did you buy it from a reputable vendor or just via Amazon/eBay?

What was the original problem you were trying to solve? Can you confirm if you have the exact same symptoms as before the replacement? If so, you're problem may be elsewhere such as bad headphones or the audio drive circuitry on the logic board.

When troubleshooting, there are usually several variables so you always have to work with known-good parts. For example, test your headphones on another device or if you have access to another iPhone 6Plus, test the original and replacement flex there.

So the phone had a cracked screen and I bought 4 parts. The LCD/digitizer, front Camera (since Siri wasn't working), vibrator (since vibrator was weak), and Flex Cable because the headphone jack, and the lightning port were having issues.

So after replacing the flex cable, headphone jack still having issues with replacement flex, and the vibrator is still weak. It may be the flex cable that I got. I bought the parts from eBay, the flex cable had the little blue adhesives that had to be removed.

The fact that the charge flex had blue stickies is a good sign. However, sometimes they are missing some passive components (which may be why they are available in the first place). That is still the element I would replace first. Buy one from iFixit and give it a try.

I have a certain criteria I look for when I buy parts on eBay I usually buy from Shenzhen, china with the item name ending with JNEG (Which I assume is some factory name) they never seem to fail me when I get parts like that. I guess most of the time the faulty parts come in when you get them too cheap.

Getting apple logo'd (original / oem) small replacement parts for charging port / front camera is possible on eBay but it's quite hard to find out which sell them.
