The screen isn't working, how to fix?

I have this MP3 player (The Adamond MP3 Music Player Model XK1) that I can't seem to find tutorials anywhere on how to fix. This will be my last stop before going to a store to check it up. The player itself seems to be working, because when I put my headphones in I can listen to the radio. The problem is that I don't want to do that, I want to listen to my own downloaded songs, which I cannot get to because of the screen. The screen is producing a slight blue colour, but the items that used to pop up are not showing. Is it not broken then, and can it be fixed?
