@ogyemt ,Ogyem, If under warranty return for repair/replacement/refund. Possibly a bad battery, charger or connection, Link below will get you inside watch to check connections and to replace battery. Try a different compatible charger first. Good luck. WHat have you tried what havent you? Also what happened before this occured?

I have had it for over two years. i have a feeling the battery is weak/dead . i need to get it to a repair shop for them to take a look at it for me .i have a new cradle as the original one has broken.
