My PS4 was dropped and the now it needs the Ps reinstallation download

My PS4 has been dropped and got slightly stepped on while moving furniture. The hard drive was slightly disconnected so I took the hard drive out and reconnected it. It turns on and says I must download the reinstallation program from a computer on to a flash drive. The PS4s disk drive is always jammed it will not pop out the disk in the ps. Unsure if it will play the disk until I get it running. Anything I can do to fix this? Anybody know what my have happened when it dropped? And any info on the reinstallation download from the Sony ps4 website?
