How to reinstall OS on Star GPS-X10?

My phone had some MTK-... OS, but if possible I would like to install some Android ROM. My phone can't be booted: it continues to reboot - display is blinking showing 'WELCOME' string. I have 2 problems: can't access recovery menu and don't know where to get ROM. I tried to press volume down + right bottom button, and vol. down + right bottom button + middle bottom button.
