Hi,

Does the USB port supply power to the USB device that you want to connect? Test it by trying to use an optical mouse, does the laser light glow or try connecting a mobile phone, does it show it's charging?

Hi,

Check in Control panel >Device Manager > USB Controllers > right click USB Root Hub > Properties > Power Management. Ensure that the check box next to "Allow this computer to turn off this device to save power" is UNCHECKED. Do this for all USB Root Hubs listed if more than one.

Not sure if you may have to restart the PC for it to take effect.

Are you using a USB 3 cable? According to the specs I read it has a USB 3 port. I know that they should be backward compatible to USB 2, but you never know.

I also got the same problem with my <a href="https://www.vplak.com/computer-accessori... >Lenovo wireless mouse n100</a> and I followed the steps as provided by jayeff and it connected properly and it worked.
