On the 2000 inline 6 it is down on the block just above the oil filter. Look for a small cylinder with a wire on one end

On the 3.7L engine it's at the front of the engine above the oil filter, remove filter for better access. Unplug the wiring harness by moving the red safety tab and depressing the lock tab. Requires 1 1/16" deep socket to remove.
