don't know administration/system password
When turning on my laptop prompts a service, administration password and I don't know it service tag 72T0081

you can try switching off laptop,then on restart press esc top left corner,select safe mode with networking,then once on type your error in serch bar and select a site that can give you a step by step guide on how to recover or remove permissions.
