Actually Apple has provided the solution to the error, https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201412.

And there is much easier method to resolve this problem. https://www.minitool.com/ios-recovery/ip...

If your device turns on but gets stuck during start up

If you see the Apple logo or a red or blue screen during startup, try these steps:

Connect your device to a computer and open iTunes. If you don't have a computer, try to borrow one, or go to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for help.

While your device is connected, force it to restart.

On an iPhone 6s and earlier, iPad, or iPod touch: Press and hold both the Home and the Top (or Side) buttons at the same time. Keep holding them until you see the recovery-mode screen.

Don't release the buttons when you see the Apple logo. Keep holding until you see the recovery mode screen.

Select Update on iTunes.

If you're still seeing the Apple logo and nothing else has worked, there's a problem booting up your iPhone. DFU, or Device Firmware Update, Mode stops your iPhone from booting up all the way so that you can connect it to iTunes and restore the iPhone and start fresh.

maybe DFU will solve "iPhone stuck in Apple logo"

There is a way though so make sure you follow these instructions carefully:

1. Hold the home and power buttons down together

2. The Apple logo should disappear from your screen

3. After a couple of minutes it should reappear – when it does, release the buttons

4. Quickly hold them both down again until your device goes off

5. Plug the USB cable into your computer (not to your device yet)

6. Hold the Home button down and plug the cable to your device

7. When you see the Connect to iTunes screen, release the button

8. iTunes will open and the Device in Recovery message will appear

Click on Restore

If the method can't fix your problem, you may try this tool.

You will have to get the iPhone to boot recovery mode and do an update through iTunes. Do not select restore or it will wipe all data on the phone as well. If you don't mind losing data then choose restore which has a higher chance of working.

You can restore your iPhone on 3uTools.

But you need to make your iPhone enter DFU mode or recovery mode, then you can flash your iPhone.

If your iPhone stuck on the apple logo during update, one of the easiest ways to fix this problem is forcing restart it. For iPhone 6S and earlier models, just press the "Home" button and "Sleep/Wake" button. Keep holding the buttons until you see the Apple logo. This will take about 10 seconds.

If the method mentioned above doesn’t work, you could also try to put your iPhone in DFU mode and restore it with iTunes. DFU will completely restore the device and erase all the data from your phone.

Try rebooting it at first i.e press and hold the power and the home button together for 10 seconds. If that does not work connect the phone to your computer and open up iTunes if it detects your phone try to restore (it will clear up all your data).

If both that above techniques fail then you will have to go to DFU mode by the following process to fix iPhone stuck on Apple logo

Connect to the computer

Turn off your phone

Hold the power button for 3 seconds

Hold both the power and home button for 10 seconds

Release the power button but keep holding the home button for 15 seconds

Itunes will then alert you that your phone is in recovery mode

Follow the instruction in iTunes to restore your phone.

What can cause iPhone 6S stuck on Apple logo? Jailbreak/ iOS update/Hardware

The simplest method: fix iPhone 6S stuck on Apple logo by hard reset.

Hold Power button (on the right side of iPhone 6/6+/6s/6s+ and on the top of iPhone 4/4s/5/5s/5c) and Home button (the round button of the center) simultaneously until you see the Apple logo.

Simply, hold these buttons for 20-30 seconds. Leave it as it is for the half hour. And if you are lucky, this is going to work like a charm. For most people this method doesn't work.

You will try to restore your Apple 6S to factory settings if restart can't get rid of the issue. But you should be careful before doing this.

Factory resetting will help to handle the white Apple screen of death situation, it would cause data loss on your device. So well, in order to retrieve data that have been lost in the process of fixing the iPhone stuck at Apple logo issue, you are strongly recommended to deal with such problem with professional third-party iPhone data recovery tool

Well, I'm pretty sure this has been mentioned but your best bet is to visit an Apple Store & they'vegot some better tools than we, the general public. They're going to do the same basic idea as your iPhone needs a “hard reset" & I apologize for not being able to give you a better answer but you might as well deal with the reality of the situation. Based on the date of this open ? I want to assume you've always done the needful but I wanted to see this thread have a happy ending. Good luck & I'm pretty confident this will turn out “ok" for you & your iPhone!
