hey everyone if got a problem with my phone iphone 5c, I just replace the LCD screen, but when I finished and I turned on my cell phone but the signal ih "searching..." again and again. ehat should i do? please help . thanks before

Check date and time if it is correct. If it isn't connect to wifi and make sure date and time is set to automatically.
Reinsert SIM card or toggle airplane mode on off or turn phone off and on if the date and time was not synced before and is now.
The date and time on iPhones are reset once the battery is unplugged.

@benjamen50 i have do that all but the signal still searching... should i restore my phone?
I don't recommend restoring the phone as it might fail the restore due to a hardware issue which I think most likely due to the baseband chip gone bad.
i have done do it, and then its working. i have just restoring my iphone with itunes pc and my signal is back, thanks @benjamen50
