Mac mini 2011 resistor identifying

A very incompetent technician popped off a resistor on my 2011 Mac mini Logic board while upgrading the HDD (to SSD).

It's a small resistor close to the fan connector.

End result is the computer's fan is always at full speed, yet the fan speed reading is 0 rpm. All temperature sensors work fine.

I've found someone who specializes in that kind of micro soldering.

Does anyone have info on this specific resistor and its specs so he can replace it?
