Defective OCA glue? Poor sensitivity of touch screen

Hello, I want to ask you if you've ever had defective pack of OCA glue for iPhone ? When I put in oca to screen touch works very bad. If I try to put it other pack of oca touch works great. Please check this video:

hello friend,

about the Poor sensitivity of touch screen, it is the OCA Dielectric constant too small,

maybe u use bad OCA, if u have any question about OCA, can ask this guy, it is professional in OCA.
