My iPhone 5s won't restore

when i hit "Restore iPhone" in iTunes i get that Error : http://i.imgur.com/OhIVk4S.png

  • i have the latest version of iOS in my iPhone and in my iTunes
  • im using PC

first make sure you put it in dfu mode then try to download a 10.2.1 (5s GSM) iPhone_4.0_64bit_10.2.1_14D27_Restore.ipsw then if you get it restore manually hold shift down the press restore find where the file then go
