Pc is making everything white, And im not admin?

Hi, So I've recently been having an overheating problem where my pc may shut itself down. This happened last night, and after i waited a bit for it to cool down and restart, almost everything turned white. Last night I didn't pay much attention to it because I hoped it would fix after a restart. It didn't.

Everything seems to be working fine other than the admin issue. Just extremely annoying white screen. Please help.
