Why I am not able to flash new rom and also can't enter into recovery

i have micromax android one 4gb . i was using cynogenmod in it with cwm recovery.

sometimes few error msg use to come like "xyz app stopped responding"

sometimes playstore also use to be stopped working. I use to resolve it by simply restarting my phone one day while restarting it went into bootloop .

i tried to get into recovery and flash other rom but "can't mount error use to occur"

then i installed twrp recovery but it also gave the same error . after trying almost 15 times , now i am not being able to get into recovery also.

please help
