1 Phone will not charge.
My ZTE ZMAX was working perfectly fine. I had no problems AT ALL. Until, Jan. 5th, the phone will not charge. I realized my phone was on 66%. I wanted to charge it because I was going out that day. When I plug my phone charger into the phone, the red indicator on the phone will not show up which means its not charging. A day later, the phone is completely dead and the phone still wont charge. I've tried different Android chargers, and different outlets but still no respond. I have all of my information on that phone. I also notice that this has happened alot to ZTE ZMAX users with exactly of one year ownership but my dad owned the same exact phone for two years but nothing has happened. (I also owned this phone for two years)

Have you checked that the charging port is not blocked with lint? (use a strong light and a magnifying glass to check).If there is lint in the port, do not use a probe of some sort to extract it you may damage the pins, use a vacuum cleaner, using short sharp bursts to see it comes out.
Also check that all the pins in the port are there and that they are straight and parallel with each other.
