TV Started Loud Beep, Turned Off, Won't Turn On

I have a 39" Vizio TV (model E390VL) and it began emitting a loud beep and then shut off. It could be turned back on and show a picture, but after 10-15 seconds it would then begin the beep sound and turn off. Now, it will no longer turn on and won't show any signs of power. No lights turn on at all.

Any ideas for repair? Could I replace one of the boards and likely revive it?

billguppy you want to start by removing the power cord and the back. then check the boards for any obvious damage like leaking or bulging caps. Post some images of what you see with your question. Use this guide Aggiungere immagini ad una domanda for that. It will allow us to see what you see.
