Usman Rasheed like mathiasaat stated, check the drive on another computer first. Sometimes there is a possibility to recover the data by replacing the HDD controller board. This will only work if the drive did not suffer a mechanical failure. In case of mechanical failure you will need the tools and knowledge that data recovery companies have (very expensive). To change the controller board, take a look on here. Different drive, same idea.

thankyou so much for your answers .... i will try by putting this drive in some other laptop.....

If you have a desktop, it will be easier. It will be easier yet if you have a SATA to USB adapter or HDD case.

if there is problem with PCB controller can i still access my HDD by SATA to USB adapter @George Abraham

Usman Rasheed no you cannot. If your controller board has failed it does not matter how you install your drive. It will not work. You would have to install the controller from the same make and model hard drive. If you give us all the information from your drive, we can try and help you find the right board etc. Even that is not always easy to find....

Yes, but if the problem isn't the board, you can still use the HDD to USB adapter. The problem may be with the laptop.

Hello!

The problem could either be the HardDrive it self, or the the bridge that connects the hdd to computer. Have you tried to connect the hdd to any other computer?

If this is not working the harddrive is probably dead. There are companies that could save your data but it is expensive.
