How do I fix my phone after the screen freezes and the touchscreen stops responding?

Hi Parker,

When your phone's screen freezes up you can try holding down the power button on the back of the device until a menu appears. On this menu select Power > Restart, once your phone restarts thew issue should be fixed. If the menu does not appear continue holding down the power button until the phone automatically restarts.
